This website is operated by Spectrum physio centre. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Spectrum physio centre. Spectrum physio centre offers this website, including all information and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. The services provided through the website are not intended in any way to be a substitute for a face-to-face consultation with a doctor. The terms ‘you’ and ‘your’ hereafter refers to the user both registered and unregistered who is using/browsing through the website (www.spectrumphysio.info) and/or partner websites and/or availing any of the services from Spectrum physio centre.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. AVAILABILITY & APPOINTMENTS

Online medical consultation is given only for second opinions and existing patients’ follow-ups. You can choose the department and we reserve the right to allot the available doctor for your online consultation. The opinion delivered by the doctor/ physician shall solely be based on the verbal communication between the concerned doctor or the physician and the patient and the test reports and other information provided/uploaded by you on the website. Confirmation of your appointment shall be sent to you via SMS and/or email. Consultation from a specific doctor/physician shall not be available. The time provided for a consultation to you is indicative and actual consultation time may change depending on the consulting doctor’s discretion. The services available on the website shall be provided to you via audio/video consultation, or as an offline review through e-mail. Please ensure that you are equipped with proper video conference equipment and internet connectivity as mentioned or is relevant for the service you want to avail. In case of inadequate video conference equipment, technical error or defective internet connectivity we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment without any notice.

AVAILABILITY & APPOINTMENTS

PAYMENT, PRIVACY, AND SECURITY

We offer an online mode of payment. You may use internet banking or debit/credit card for making payment for consultation charges. You shall be directed to our trusted payment gateway partners once you proceed to make payment of Service Fees. Spectrum physio centre shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever if incorrect or inaccurate credit/ debit card details are provided by you for making the payment of consultation Fees or you use a credit/ debit card which is not lawfully owned by you or if you permit a third party to use your password or other means to access your account.

We shall keep the aforesaid information confidential at all times and shall not utilize and share the same with any of the third parties unless it is an authorized third party website and/ or required by law regulation or court order. We use secure encryption technology to keep your information safe and secure at all times. We are committed to maintaining the privacy of the information uploaded by you on the website and comply with the industry-standard security safeguards for the purpose of securing the website and the information provided/uploaded by you.

We use all reasonable endeavors to ensure the integrity of the online payment facility’s security.

Despite our endeavors, breaches of security and confidentiality could occur. You acknowledge that we are not liable for any loss suffered by you as a result of any breaches in security.

INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

You are solely responsible for the medical, health, and personal information you provide with us. The advice of the doctor will depend upon the information you provide. User discretion is advised while submitting/uploading the required personal and clinical information on the specified place. This information shall include patient’s details including contact details, medical history, testing/investigations results/reports, prescriptions, cardholder name, and other relevant details. Our services are available for use for children, but the Registered Member for all patients under the age of 18 must be the patient’s parent or legal guardian. If you register as the parent or legal guardian on behalf of a minor, you will be fully responsible for complying with these Terms of Use. If the information provided by you is false/deceptive/inaccurate or misleading, Spectrum physio centre reserves the right to cancel your appointment without assuming any liability whatsoever. Hence, it’s advised to submit/upload all relevant and accurate information on the portal. The information provided by you may be used by us for the purpose of services including analysis, research, training, and disclosure (where required) to its affiliates, agents and government authorities. The information provided by you can be kept with us indefinitely and can be used without revealing your identity.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

PRICING

The online consultation fee is 500 INR per consultation across all specialties. Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse service. We may, in our sole discretion, change or cancel appointments. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an appointment, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the appointment was made.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate account information for all online consultation appointments made in our site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
